Information we handle
We handle the name, email address and account details you provide; password accounts store a salted password hash. Google sign-in supplies your verified email, name and Google account identifier. Session records identify signed-in accounts. Billing records contain Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan, subscription status and billing period information.
Your creative work
Projects, brand kits and preferences can be saved in your browser, including IndexedDB and local storage. When cloud storage is enabled, your signed-in projects, brand kits, uploads and generated media are stored privately under your account, with a browser cache for the workspace. The designated owner of a legacy workspace may also have their earlier browser projects imported into their account. When you request generation, editing, transcription, media preparation or export, the server receives the relevant brief, documents, images, recordings and project settings. Generated audio, video and prepared assets can be cached on the server for reuse.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure your account, process requested creative work, maintain subscriptions, investigate errors and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information. This app does not include advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies.
Providers and sharing
Google handles Google sign-in and configured Vertex AI processing; Amazon Bedrock may process creative requests as a fallback. Stripe handles checkout, payment details, invoices and subscription management under its privacy policy. AdClipify does not store full card numbers or security codes. Relevant content is sent to providers when you request a cloud feature. Provider processing can occur outside your country. Shared project links contain text and settings and can be read by anyone who has the link; deliberately published showcase files can also be accessible to others.
Storage and retention
Browser projects remain until you delete them or clear browser data. Account and billing records remain while needed to provide the service, handle disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Sessions expire after 30 days or are revoked on sign-out. Temporary export downloads normally expire after two hours; saved media caches may remain longer for reuse. Deleting a browser project does not automatically delete server caches or billing records.
Your choices and requests
Export project backups before clearing browser storage. You can sign out, delete local projects, decline microphone access and choose which content to submit. Contact the AdClipify service operator using the support contact supplied with your subscription or receipt to request access, correction or deletion of account data or to raise a privacy concern. We may verify account ownership and retain records required by law. Privacy rights depend on your location.
Security and updates
We use hashed passwords and session tokens, server-side credentials and access controls. No system can guarantee complete security. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share. We will publish changes on this page and notify account holders of material changes where required.
