Refund policy

Effective October 2, 2026

First subscription

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your first paid subscription if you have not used paid creative features during that period. We review eligibility against your account and available service records. This offer applies once per account; it does not automatically cover renewals or plan changes.

Billing mistakes and service problems

Contact us promptly about duplicate charges, an incorrect charge or a paid service that was not delivered. We will investigate and provide an appropriate refund or remedy where warranted. Rights and refunds required by applicable law take precedence over this policy.

Renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel through Manage billing before your next billing date to prevent renewal. Cancellation alone does not issue a refund. Except for an eligible request, billing error or applicable legal requirement, completed billing periods, partial unused periods and used creative work are not refundable.

Credit packs

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your first credit pack purchase if none of that pack’s credits have been used. This applies once per account. Additional purchases and used credits are not automatically refundable, except for billing mistakes, service failures or mandatory rights. A full refund revokes the unused credits from that purchase; it does not affect your other credit grants.

How to request a refund

Contact the AdClipify service operator using the support contact supplied with your subscription or receipt with your account email, invoice or receipt identifier, charge date and reason. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or security codes. Refunds are reviewed by support and are not issued automatically from this page.

After approval

Approved refunds go back through Stripe to the original payment method. We aim to review requests within five business days; bank processing time varies. We will explain any resulting cancellation or access changes. Refund decisions do not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
