Using AdClipify
These terms govern the AdClipify service operated as AdClipify. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement; if you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate billing information.
Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in your uploaded content. You give us permission to store, process and transmit that content as needed to perform your requests. You must have permission to use uploaded material, music, brands, likenesses and recordings. You are responsible for the ads and claims you publish and for any required disclosures or licenses.
Acceptable use
Do not use AdClipify for unlawful content, fraud, deceptive impersonation, infringement, harassment or attempts to bypass security. Do not upload malicious files, interfere with the service or access another person’s account. We may restrict or suspend misuse, explaining the reason where practical and permitted.
AI output and service scope
AI results can be inaccurate, nonunique or unsuitable. Review text, footage, music and claims before publication. We do not guarantee exclusive intellectual property rights in generated output. Browser projects are stored locally; maintain backups. Buying a subscription does not add cloud storage, shared teams or priority rendering unless those features are explicitly included in your plan at purchase.
Subscriptions, credit packs and payment
Stripe processes subscription and one-time credit pack payments. Credit packs do not create a subscription or renew automatically. The checkout page shows the actual amount, currency, taxes and billing schedule before you confirm. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges through Stripe. Manage payment methods, invoices and cancellation through Settings → Subscription → Manage billing. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while leaving the current paid period in place. Failed payments may affect subscription status and access to paid features. Price changes apply to future renewals after any required notice.
AI generation credits
Paid USD subscriptions and one-time credit packs include the generation credits shown at purchase. Free accounts can claim 200 generation credits once, representing $2 of generation allowance. Free and paid pack credits have no expiry. Subscription cancellation does not revoke pack or free credits. One credit represents one cent of generation allowance. Credits are granted after confirmed payment: monthly subscriptions receive credits for the paid month; yearly subscriptions receive the full annual allocation together. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of the paid billing period and do not roll over. Subscription credits are used before credits without an expiry. AI storyboards, edits, voice briefs, music reference analysis, original music, narration and new character takes consume credits at the displayed rates. Cached assets and exports do not consume additional generation credits. Plan output estimates assume one storyboard, original music, narration and one short character take when selected; they are not continuous human footage allowances. Credits are reserved during generation, retained for pending cloud work, and returned when a generation fails without a usable result. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. No extra usage charges are made automatically.
Refunds and ending service
Our refund policy explains refund requests. Cancellation and refunds are separate. We may end access for material misuse or discontinue a feature with reasonable notice where practical. Applicable consumer rights remain in force.
Responsibility and limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or a particular creative result. We are not responsible for losses caused by content you publish or browser storage you delete. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.

Updated terms will appear here; we will provide notice of material changes where required. Mandatory laws and consumer protections applicable to you continue to apply.
